To start the new year off right, I (like many of you) have made a commitment to healthier living. So that is why I was especially pleased that Yoplait asked me to review their new Yoplait Delights. I am a big fan of yogurts, and have always been partial to the Yoplait brand. I find that the taste and texture are more pleasing than many other brands.
In order to do this review, Yoplait provided me with a cool scented candle, an aromatherapy eye pillow, an insulated lunch tote and a coupon for a free pack of Yoplait Delights. They come in several flavors, and I chose the caramel creme. The taste reminded me of one of my favorite desserts- flan! The texture is thick and creamy. Plus, each serving is only 100 calories. I think I’d go for the Creme Caramel because it’d feel like a treat! If there’s fruit in it I feel like I’m being kinda healthy – but caramel!!?? I can fool myself into thinking I’m having junk!!
